Sitting above the sand dunes, Pacific Beach House is designed as a place for gathering, retreat and connection. A home where family and friends can come together while remaining deeply connected to the surrounding landscape and ocean.

The design balances form with a calm and timeless material palette. Curved concrete, soft natural textures and finely detailed timber screens create a sense of warmth and shelter while filtering light, breeze and privacy throughout the home. At its centre, a sculptural spiral stair anchors the interior, introducing a sense of movement and craftsmanship that flows through the spaces.

Living areas open seamlessly toward expansive ocean views, allowing daily life to spill onto shaded terraces and outdoor rooms. Large openings frame the horizon and capture natural ventilation, while deep overhangs and screened edges soften the subtropical light. The arched upper-level form creates a memorable gathering space that enhances both the interior experience and the home’s presence within the coastal landscape.
