we are delighted that our design has been shortlisted for the kenilworth rest area competition in the noosa hinterland. the building has been designed as a sculptural element that becomes part of the landscape. captivating travellers as they approach, compelling them to stop, explore and contemplate. a primary form that echo’s the spirit and history of the kenilworth valley and the surrounding mountains. once you pass into the structure you enter another world. with light streaming in from above the stories of the local people are depicted in beautiful visual renderings on the ceilings and walls, further cultivating the kenilworth valley as an artistic creative centre.
